Where reasonably practical, Chris will provide an estimate of total legal costs to be incurred for a particular matter. If this is not possible he will provide a range of estimates for the total legal costs and an explanation of the major variables that will affect the calculation of those costs. Fees may be charged in accordance with the relevant court scale or an agreed fee but are normally based on the GST inclusive hourly rate of $450 per hour. A detailed tax invoice is provided.
